The T-Rex comes with just about all the tools you need, and building it yourself is half the fun and a source of great satisfaction.

Someone else will charge you to build it, it will cost more to ship cos the box will be twice the size, and it stands a far higher chance of arriving damaged.

Not only is it a source of satisfaction but you really know your heli when you are done. Makes adjusting,tuning and repairs so much easier.

It helps when you get an English manual

I have one of the first kits produced, and I built it just by the pictures, but it sure would have been nice to have an English manual at the time.
I know later on, one was made, but I was impatiant and built it anyway.
"It was alot of fun", and fortunately I had buit many before, but still some things were a mystery, and I checked the fourums for helpfull tips.
I did download the manual just before I flew it and made a few last minute adjustments including the upgrade kit, that sure helped whith the buzzing tail rotor, next thing I hear we need is the tailboom stretch kit.
Hoverup was alot of help.
