Anyone see this on the Century Heli site?
Looks like it could be really nice. 200 bucks with a brushless and speed controller ,aluminum frame and metal tail gears , metal swashplate,,
I wonder if there's a catch? Looks VERY light too.

hi
yes they are saying january , course in january they will be saying march , it looked to me that with the esc and motor at around $100.00 that makes the heli a pretty good deal , the setup looks pretty good to me , i'll post back again after i see it

It looks Very light . It looks delicate but maybe not with aluminum frame . Seems like the total oposite of the Trex. Between the the two the Shogun looks like it's sitting in the middle weight wise.
Wonder how much of a pain it is to get that LiPo underneath there with those rubber bands.

hi
yes it looks to me to be closer in size to my piccolo , good for some indoor flying this winter i hope , thats if they send it before april , i've used rubber bands on all my electrics , must be a holdover from my fixed wing days if you look they have two clips that sit on those rails and can be slid front to back and the bands hook over them , i think it would be pretty easy to make a different setup for velcro or whatever if someone wanted , i figured out how to extract the images out of that darn gif so i could take my time and look at them without going into an epelectic fit. ,not bad for an old guy

Hey Rappy How do you like yRaptor 50 V2?
I'm thinking of upgrading my 30 v2 to a 50 because my Shogun [brushless of course] is out performing it!!!
