Came across this on Av-web this morning.

I guess someone who has been to France had a real Blast!

Can't the frogs ever get anything right??? You're there to FIND the explosives not give 'em away!

They'll probably blame the poor dog..."zat Geerman Shep-ard is ze pwob-a-lem inspector Clusoe"

i feel sorry for the unsuspecting person that is unaware of the plastique and tries to report it to the local authorities, THEY will be arrested and labeled as terroists, probably jail for the rest of their life because of a minor mess up from the french gendarmes

plastique will not explode when exposed to flame ,it reacts by concussion

I really got tickled at the story when I first read it.

Then I began to wonder about their bomb-sniffing dogs. They can't find a bomb unless the trainer has an idea of its general location?!!!

Give a man a program and you frustrate him for a day; teach him to program and you frustrate him for life.

The passenger that found it likely asked himself who put PlayDough in his bag. It will likely never be found. I sure hope the 5 year old that does wind up with it, doesn't try to eat any of it. And I also think it is pretty stupid to slip it into an ACTUALL passengers bag unknowingly. That is simply IGNORANT no matter what country does it. Would it have been that hard to have a stand in passenger (Agent) with this stuff in their bag for the test? I am thinking not.

Build it, fly it, crash it. Repeat as often as needed.
