Does anyone know if there are g meters available for us to use?

I think it would be interesting to see just how many g's we are putting these helis through.

need something smaller than that Ted and less that 12V. Maybe something that runs on a single 9V cell?

I make a small unit that measures +- 27 G's, comes in a small package, many colors, runs on a small included battery, BUT my ordering/email stuff is broken. You can see it at the URL below. If you're interested PM me your email address and I'll figure out how to get one to you.

The Flight Data Recorder from Eagle Tree Systems has an optional two-axis accelerometer available. Plus, it can record a whole lot more than just the g forces. http://www.eagletreesystems.com/

why not just use our good friend named physics f=ma my man. If you got some way to measure the speed and time it should be easy to find the G's

will wash your heli for a quarter
