Here's something I need some help with if possible,

I have seen posts in the past where someone had taken what I believe were Realflight (rec) playback files, and saved them as a ".SWF" file extension. I'm able to play those in Explorer or in Quicktime.

Does anyone know how to convert a Realflight rec file to the swf format?
