Guys,

I'm mincing around making this decision and I need some help. These are my choices:

CSM 560 micro with JR 8700G
JR 490t with JR 8700G
Futaba 401 with 9254

I'd be flying 3D and I use JR radio gear.

Please help me out!!

Also, I've seen posts like this which use polls, how do I start one?

Thanks in advance.

what about the Futaba 601 and the 502 gyro. Everyone raves about the 601.

GY601
If you're really jammin' it, the 601 can't be beat. It's expensive, but worth it. If you're 3D is mild, go with the 401.

Unfortunately my budget won't stretch to a 601 so the choices I've listed I think are my only options?

401 with 9254 is a good combo and real easy to setup.

Isn't a CSM 560/8700G combo about the same as a 601/9251 combo?

I've heard/read some good things about the 560 micro. Not sure if it's quite up to 601 holding, but reports are that it holds the tail better and is more consistant in piro's than the 401.

I'm using the 401/9254 combo on my machine and am pretty happy. VERY easy to set up and the tail holds good enough for what I'm trying to accomplish.

401/9254 would be what I go with and what I fly in my 50 doing 3D (backward flight tail slides piro flips and so on and it holds 95% of the time)
