I dont belive it I just raped me raptor in a tree.

HOW YOU MITE ASK.

has anybody had this hapen before

as i aproched the tree I pulled back on stick to slow forward speed and added pitch to lift over tree.

but it did not respond and flew straint in tree

I looked down only to find the the right stick in me hand but no longer atatched to radio.

I have a Airtronics/Sanwa RD 6000 Super

aparently the sticks just slot in the gimbels and theres nothing holding them in there over than being pushed in

like say a volume knob on a radio.

I would have a least thort there would be a pin or curclip or some thing holding them in.

OTHER than the just being pushed in lick a knob on a stereo.

design cock up or what and looks like the fit has come a bit lose on the right stick.

dam lucky it landed in tree good and no damage other than One of me NHP carbons is cracked , bent flybar dont thing its even think the blade grip spindel bent.

I neather thort i would be glad to land in a tree but if it aint have been there

I think I would be buying a new Raptor kit

some one said push it back in and super glue/CA it

but fly with it know what holds the sticks or rather whats not holding in make me worry

anyone else had it hapen or have any recomedations?

I am shaw glad it did not come out in a near hover to me or I would be getting stiched up know at the local AandE department

Im wonder wether it would be worth contacting the airtronics/sanwa for there view.

on whether it safe to have there sticks fited in just by pushing in a plastic gimbel without anything to lock em in there.

please if any one else had a airtronics or SANWA as there called in the uk

PLEAST GIVE THEM A TUG AND SEE THRE NOT WORKING LOSE.
before you have a crash like me or worse.

yea I hope everyones are ok
iv CA both mine in now

and aint doing no close hover or landings till i can afford a better radio

and It wont be a airtronics/sanwa this time
its well and truly put me off that radio.

I think its crazy them just sloting in and having no mecanisam that locks em in.
apart from that I found the radio good electrionics wise. but dont thing the build quality is up to much.
