If it is getting hot, it is likely that the clutch is slipping inside the bell. Meaning it just might be time for a liner change. But I could be wrong. I wouldn't personally go with a whole new stack. I would just replace the liner if I were you. But that is me.

Build it, fly it, crash it. Repeat as often as needed.

All you need a is a liner some very strong glue (JB weld), The liner has a vertical cut in it so when you insert it into the clutch bell it wont push all the glue out,

Once dry it needs to be put on a lathe and the friction material needs trimming back until a perfect fit is achieved with your clutch , failing that sticking the clutch bell in a drill and doing it the other way around - will also work just not as precise.

Or you could just buy the clutch bell itself with liner fitted, thio i dont know if the liner would need trimmong.

hope this helps

p.s. you can guess what i have been doing......hehe

If you need just liner you can do yourself, or send your bell to MA and they will charge to install and liner. If you on clock you can get bell with liner installed and ready to go from Dino 914-636-8155
