I was thinking to buy the Carbon Extreme upper and lower carbon frames for my Raptor 60.

Are there any real benefits using CF frames or they are only bling bling? Also I doubt that they are stronger than the aluminium or am I wrong?

I like them, and have a set on my 90. They look really nice, sitting on the shelf with all the other helis I don't fly!

Hi Sotiris,

I bought some NHP carbon frames for my Raptor 60 a couple of years back. They are strong and have survived a few crashes. Also everything seemed to line up much better when I first installed them.
One other thing was that my Zimmerman exhaust sound was a lot quieter after fitting the carbon frames.
So i think the carbon extreme frames should be just as good. I have their carbon fin sets which are nice quality items.
