I 'm going to replace the liner in my EVO clutch
Does Hirobo offer a replacement liner cut to size ?

Is it worth it to replace the bearing in the bell housing

the lining is one universal size, you'll have to
cut it. pn 400004 (2pack)

It might be worth it to replace the bearing.
See how it feels. try to repack it w/ fresh grease
first.

The bearing is a very tight fit which requires
getting the bell pretty hot and then often punching
it out. unless you support the inner top of the bell,
the 'punch' can warp the bell.

You may well be able to use the Greaser w/o
hvaing to remove the bearing.

thanks for the info on the liner

the bearing is not worn I just wanted to take precaution to replace it after a few hot starts
I'm going the route to grease it sounds the easy way out

Is there really a need to replace the clutch or just replace the liner after a year and a half of flying the clutch has no heat spots just polished from use

probably not.

measure the thickness of the liner. It was exactly
