I need some help here. I trying to decide to see which heli I should get.
right now, I'm down to Scedau Evo 50 or Predator Gasser Kit W/Z231 Engine. Recommendations or inputs are welcome.

why should I go with one over the other?
which is better to own?
which is cost effective in operating?
etc, ....

thanks all
JG

A gasser is more cost effective I guess.
Better is hard to tell

Questions to ask yourself.
How often do you crash? Crash parts cost?
Fuel costs? No brainer there
Wich one flys better for your skill level?
What type of flier are you? 3D, sport, scale

I've only owned Raptors and I consider crashing part of the learning curve. My thoughts on crashing are this. If I fly a couple times per week I can expect to crash about once every two months. If I'm not crashing then I'm not learning anything new or not trying hard enough.
Of course if you have no desire to be like CY or JK then my previous comments don't apply.

I agree with Aaron29. If you are afraid to crash then you will never get better. If it's your first flying experience get a raptor then something else.

Practice! It might be costly but it's the only way we get better!

You're all have a good point

keep it coming. I still try to figure out what I like best in term of flying characteristic such as 3D, sport, or scale for down the road.
