anybody else having issues with this gyro???????

It was on my 30 and it had some glitches......I thought it was the bearings so I built a 50v2,

Today while flying the glitching is comming back a lot worse than when it was on the 30.....it has to be the gyro cause EVERYTHING on the 50 is Brand new.

Any comments would be apprecieated...........and also......401 here I come.

the engine on both of them is running flawlessly........ I have seen two other 500's do this same thing on raptors...it is seeming to be getting worse with time..... I think I am going to send it back into horision to get checked out....and then sell it ...

I didnt think about what heli it was on.

Could be static from the tail belt, worth trying to spray some polish on to the belt, to see if it helps before you send it in.
(some raptors get static some dont, worth a try)

I have a 500T on an Ergo 50 and have had no problems related to the belt.

I had the twitching on mine until I changed the servo on the tail. I used the JR810g and changed it to a Futaba 9253, and the glitches immediately went away. I have heard of many others also doing this to correct the tail glitches.

Oh yeah, I was also using the JR500T. I still am using it and I love it with the 9253.

I love my 500/490T, and use it with the 9253. It's ability exceeds the 401 on my 50s. I'm sorry you didn't have satisfaction, but wonder whether the 810 was a fair trial.

Regards

The 810 is only really suitable for 30 size electrics. Also you have to be careful with the settings on the 490/500 as it can be very sensitive if you have the gain set too high.
