hey
i have a raptor 30v2 with an os32 and am having a headspead problem
here's the problem i flew it out today for the first time since the crash...(wasn't that bad)....and the head spead seemed alot lower
i am using mavvrik blades instead of the TT one's that came with the kit so that might be a factor but i blanced really good
also when i like am high up and i decrease the pitch/throttle really low is seems like the engine gets flooded and then it has a hard time when i get close to the ground it can't pick up spead again cause the engine is like bogged down
what adjusts the head spead in my radio (Airtronics RD8000 with an Gy401/9253 and no governor)?
do i need to play wiht the needles (turning right is leaning right?)

Let me know

Thanks

Aother nice thing about having all your pitch curves at -9/+9 or -10/+10 is that in the event of an unplanned auto, then the heli will still react the same way as it has on all your practive autos.
That, and the more you set your heli up, in what I refer to as the industry standard setup, then your heli will fly like the next guys and vice versa. That way, flying someone else's heli won't feel totally strange and if you have a problem and need someone to test fly it, then it will be the same.

hey
i got a question
The problem with having the same in all modes is that it can make the pitch in the hover a bit sensitive and hard to make it stay where you put it. To resolve this you slow the head speed down this softens everything up nicely
how would i chnage the head spead jstu to be different in N mode?

Let me know

Thanks

Check your needle settings. If you are really rich, especially on the high end, you will never achieve max RPM. I just went through this recently.

I'm not really an R/C pilot, I stayed in a Holiday Inn Express last n

Im not quite sure if this will help or if this is a question you still need answered, do to the other responses to this post...........

To program your throttle curves(which will also make you head speed climb and go up), press the (CH-) or (CH+) Key to select TH on the CHannel indicator. Then, press the FUNCTION down key and scroll down to the CV-PH screen. Then there is
CV-PH
CV-P3
CV-P2
CV-P1
CV-PL
These are your 5 throttle curves
