Anyone using a 9Z with the XRB? I cant get mine to respond to tthe TX at all. It does work with the stock controller though so it must just be a setting. I did change the dial on the heli like the instructions say?

Thanks,
Mike

Just two thoughts..............

1) Make sure you cycled the power after you switched your tranny from PCM to PPM.

2) If a syn module is in the tranny, it MIGHT not play well with the stock receiver. I seem to remember, in the past, some brands a FM receivers other than Futaba not liking Futaba PPM from a synthesized module for some reason.

Just ideas...............

The Tx is synthesized. that must be the problem.

That's going to be a bitch for me too, but I suppose it's just as well that we save the wear and tear on the "big" tranny and just use the one that comes with the kit. Everything I've heard says it flies splendidly bone stock with that tranny. Maybe get a cheap Nicad pack for it to save $$ on dry cells.
