I have a concern with putting this X-Cell Pro into the Funkey LR. The mechanics seem to be in the right place and the tail boom fits to the top section of the tail housing. If I scale from the instruction sheet (such as it is), the hight of the main blades is 100mm above the top of the fuse. Sure enough that is the height of my mains. But the illustration shows it with a Raptor style top mounted flybar, mine is the MA conventional under slung flybar.

Now if a move the fly bar to max travel (one end up the other down as far as it will go) and then rotate it, it will hit the rear section of the turbine housing and exhaust ports. Not I think that it would travel that far in flight, but then?

Is this OK or should I consider making a longer main shaft so that the flybar just will not hit anything at max travel. I have a machine shop that can fabricate a shaft out of stainless steel if needs be.

Om my long ranger using Ergo mechanics which has the low fly bar i left the exahust stack off only put it on for display. I also raised up the mechanics by 3/16" to aloow for about 1/8" of clearence on the fly bar padles when not in flight when the head is rotating this is not a problem.
