I have two new r127DF rx, can I use a regular failsafe for the throttle or collective? I don't want to spend the money for a R149DP just to have the failsafe option.

.
You have to have a PCM Tx & Rx to have failsafe.

I have a Futaba 9C TX. I want to use Futaba FS-1 Fail Safe Unit http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bi...?&I=LXH328&P=ML
in the throttle. I use one for my savage 26 for the brake and it can be adjusted to move the servo as much as you want.

Didn't know that even existed. If you're familiar with it, go ahead. It says not for use in helis and planes, possibly vibration-related?
