I'm interested in setting my Logo 20 Electric up with a scale Jet Ranger body. It is about a 50 size.

Anybody done this, or know anyone who has?

I want to know I have the right size before I drop the $$.

Looking at the Century bodies, but I called for Mast to Tail Shaft measurements and they DIDN'T know That seems strange to me!

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I don't know if this will be of any help, but I'm just building a Century\Funkey Long Ranger. This is the 50\60 size fuse. the mast to tail shaft measurement on this one is 3' (920 mm).

One of the guy that used to fly with us has a Logo 20 in a Century 30 sized Airwolf body. The tailboom sticks out a bit longer but is not very noticable. There are also other scale projects mentioned in old threads at ezonemag.com heli section.

Thanks STEPH I appreciate the advice and your time.

Still on the hunt for advice and getting measurements from Graupner on their 30 and 60 for the mast to tail shaft. They say their body is far better than the Century due to basic finish (their's is GelCoat and Century is unfinished Green Glass) Their 30 is a bit more expensive, but the 60 is comparable in price. Haven't checked the weight differences though. Be nice if I could make a living playing with these instead of working (c'mon lucky lottery numbers!! )

For electric helis like Logo 20, lightweight is more important than the pre-finish. I bought a very nice gel coated Schluter fuselage for the Logo 20, only to find out it is way too heavy.

The Century/Funkey fuses are very light, even the painted versions.

Let me know when you figure out the lottery thing. I am waiting for my numbers to hit, too.

I think I heard a few years back that Mikado was putting out a Jetranger fuse specifically for the Logo 20. Wonder if that ever happened. But with the Euro exchange rate at an all time high, it'll probably cost an arm and a leg and a marriage to get one.

Keep us posted on your progress. And don't forget to post pictures!
