The only advice i can give is to plumb the engine up as normal and connect the return pipe to the bottom nipple on the tank. never had a problem with it like this.

OS91PS.... with the one way bypass valve going back to the tank...

Set and keep the low idle needle all the way open. This is what you have to set with a small regular screwdriver.

Start off with about 2.5 or more on the main needle, and let this engine break in for at least 4 gallons.... you should slowly lean in the needle to start making power... If you rush this, you can temper the piston and sleeve and shorten the life of the engine. Do this breakin, and you should get a great deal of time and gobs of power out of this engine!

Good gearing.... 8.27 - MP2 and 8.45 on Hatori SB16

four gallons!, You don't have to break it in that long, I only broke it in for about a gallon, and then leaned it out slowly, and you should run it like a normal engine, unless you have a problem, I would take apart the carb and clean everything, starting with the idle about half way open and I think that you will find tha this a great engine.
