That longer mast sounds like a good idea, I kept chipping the ends of the blades off when throwing it around the room. Don't think they were meant for that kind of punishment

hi

sounds like a great heli.

how is it priced compared to the hummingbirds and other micros?

it sounds like it flys more stable, but it strikes me as having a completely different sort of reputation, more of a toy than a proper micro?

am i right? maybe this is something to do with the lack of upgrades or ability to tinker with it? what do you guys think?

Unlike the other micros, this is an indoor heli. Its top speed is not very high. But, the fact that it has small foam blades and two rotors to give it lift at low rpm make it perfect for tearing around the house. It won't hurt if a kid runs into it. I flew it at the heli field today, and I can tell you there will be four less XRBs at the stores now. The guys LOVED it!!! Nobody wanted to run home and buy my Hornet2 when I first brought it to the field even though it rolls and flips faster than my Fury, but they couldn't wait to order the XRB. It is in a class by itself. I was just playing resque with my five year old with it. He would drive his fire truck around and call for backup. I would take off from my mountain top heli pad (the piano), swope down, climb back up to clear the other mountain (the couch), fly around the living room a little, and then land right next to him to assess the victims before taking off again for base. BIG FUN, little heli...

They come on different channels, just like any 72Mhz Futaba or JR radio system.
