I discharge my 9.6V 600ma reciever battery. I set the discharge current to be 0.2A and the cut-off voltage per cell to 1.1V. When the discharge operation was close to finish I notice that:

1) The discharge capacity was going over 600ma it become 601,...,610 and up.
2) The Battery voltage start to drop below 8.8V (i.e. 8.4V and down), although I set the battery cutoff to be 1.1V/cell.

So I stop the discharge operation immediately not to damage my battery.

Is this a normal behaviour, pls advice.
