JP Models is a UK distributor of Ikarus stuff, they should be able to order it for you. If you can't get one, PM me and I will call Frank here in the states and get him to take care of you, if he can't, I will do it meself.

Thank you for your reply, JR Perkins in the UK needed 2-3 weeks!! to get it in, I went to fx (USA) and they said it would take 3-5 days.

The world's gone mad!!!

Can't wait to get it though

2-3 weeks isn't bad, the Bo105 is a pricey item and not all that popular to have sitting in stock.

FX seems to have everything electric in stock, always! They are good folks to deal with.

Cheers Carlos
I've just been doing a few more bits, found http://www.airliners.net which inspired me to keep adding detail. I've got lots of little bits and pieces in the pipeline!!

With the brushless motor and the Lipo it sounds very turbiney (one of the many advantages of using electric heli) throw in a little blade slap and it sounds just like the real thing

Must say thanks to Bell Bloke for all of his tireless efforts and never ending enthusiasm for heli tweaks and innovations... the bloke's a legend!!
We're both new to all of this and his dedication and experimental nature has made my learning curve much easier . And not forgetting the huge number of instantly accessible spares, a great help!

Can't wait to see the Lama take shape

Ian, I dig the wiper blades, did you make them or buy them? I spent a bunch of time on mine based on a picture, I noticed that every B0105 seems to have different window configs, antenna arrays, and body bulges/inlets, etc. I only had two photos to go off of for my subject. Also how did you make the exhaust pipes, what did you use?

The wiper blades were from a radio control car.
I'm having the same problem, every pic i look at is slightly different so i'm going to take my favourites from each and make my own version.

Check out http://www.airliners.net for really good hi ish res pics, wish i'd found that at the start!!

The exhausts are copper pipes from DIY store.

Cheers

flying motorbike, i'll try and get a pic for you at the weekend.
