This forum is called

Thunder Tiger Raptors 30-90 - Imperio

I have a Raptor 50V2,

but what is Imperio? Is it a TT term I've not heard of? Or is its a completely different helicopter from the Raptor.

If its a different heli, can you tell me about it?

Pictures?

If its just a special TT term or something, let us know and explain it if possible.

Cheers,

Loz

Its a very expensive version of the Raptor. Looks pretty neat too with the exhaust pipe sort of moulded into the canopy. Someone's gotta have a photo of it somewhere. Maybe try a search on Imperio Loz you might have some luck.

oh weird!!! wodulnt that melt the damn canopy??????

guess a 3rd party muffler is out of the question!!!

:-)

so what exactly is the point of this??? fly better than a 90SE???

am i right in saying its around twice the price of a 90SE?

i'd like to see why it cost more.. as in the differences in specs.

it is not really a r90se special special se..., it is a f3c ship from tt. Used to be a 60 ship in the 60 size days, been around since the raptor 30v1 came by. It is quite different from the raptor. Don't think you can find anything plastic except for the usual stuff like fuel tank, the rest is carbon and metal.

a guy on i hear i talked to has one and said its a 60 as the last person said and he said it is one of the smoothest helis he has ever seen or flown, and he told me about a number of things that were great but he also said the head designe is so well designed that he thinks is impossible for it to have a boom strike from a hard landing etc. over all its the smoothest 60 out there, and the last guy was rite its not for herd 3D

I thought Imperio was the brand name of a type of Italian Fermunda Cheese.

I dare you to challenge the precision and quality of the head. It's the best out there.

No point challenging Bill, his style is to insult and run...... Simply no substance behind any of it. He's just trolling for flames.

There will be no technical points, there will be no real world examples. Bill has never owned an Imperio and is simply talking out of his ass again.

Nothing personal Bill, just stating the facts.

Interesting look at the pictures of Alan Szabo Jr the Rappy 30 is very standard even woody blades, only exception looks to be the carbon fins.

Nice push-pull + ccpm.
he also said the head designe is so well designed that he thinks is impossible for it to have a boom strike from a hard landing etc.
I heard that Imperio has no damper on the head. Is that can be the reason?

W. Pasman,

I don’t know,, it is not mine
When I was orientating for a new heli this was one on my list.
I did not buy it because there was nobody who delivered parts in a few days.
But it’s still on my list
