This is where Runryder truly comes into its own. A post on Runryder to find out who is flying in Moscow results in a great day out in a remote field on the outskirts of Moscow.

The Moscow Meet - From Left to Right - nfg2u from the US, MTP from the UK and Gary-Boy from Russia.

It was a fantastic day in Moscow, these guys were incredibly hospitable. They couldnt do enough for us. They let us fly their Hirobos (even though we were Raptor Dudes).

We were stunned by Gary-Boy 's ability considering he has no help with very limited facilities and noby who is better than him, for thousands of miles. Just goes to show you what a simulator and guts can do. Talking about guts there was one member their who was on his 'first flight' without training gear and flew three times and 'took his model home in one piece'.

A truly great day !!!!! Truly great People and thanks to you all even though we couldnt speak Russian!

Heres a few more pictures of the day.

A little tip swapping.

Gary-Boy

Grass a bit long but saves the heli sometimes in the crash

Hope you like the shots.

Gasser

Gary-Boy

It might not be a Rappy or Hirobo, Steve NFG2U came out with the great idea of a Gasser considering the $55 per gallon! So it could be a Bergen.

(Damn! Russians who fly helicopters are getting more and more day after day, the bad news are they are not living in Russia!:rolleyes)
It seemed for me that there are more Russians who fly helicopters in the rest of the world, than in Russia!

Awsome Man, You are blazing a trail under very minimal conditions. The heli looks nice and I see you are allready takin on the role of club mentor. Keep up the good work for this is a social event and many new friends will follow at the flying field and on line. Keep us all updated of your groups progress its just awsome to be able to talk with fellow flyers so far away or should I say not so far away after all. Good Luck Yogi

Thanks a lot folks for support!
We hope finally to organize here the firs ever Russian RC Heli Club, the problem was that there were lack of information, but once I found RR that problem was solved, so now it's all just a question of investment!
So right now we looking for crazy Russian buying football teams and stuff, maybe they will manage to buy an airfield for us

BimmerM3
That guy with Caddy got Eagle 3WC as well
He bought if from guy who was working in US embassy here I mean Caddy
