K&S makes some nice arms for JR servos. They come in sets of 8 pieces, each slightly different from the other. The package says they are different by 2 degrees. This allows you to select the perfect one to position the arm at 90 degrees to the pushrod. 20mm long, single sided arms in black.

They can be purchased from http://www.rchelisplus.com/

Arms or Wheels??

The large Airtronics servo wheels also are 20MM spacing, quite nice for CCPM setup. IF that will work for you, I'll get you a part number.

the large Airtronics wheels fit. ronlund.com
has them

Dubro makes 'heavy duty' arms and 'super
heavy duty' arms (both 1 and 2 sided).

As noted, JR makes a 2 sided arm.
