hello gentlemen,

need yr advice.

i airmailed my rz heli back to razor over a fortnight ago and still haven't got it back from Matt yet. i had to return it for service due to manufacture fault = shaft fell out.

does ne1 know if razor will honor it's warranty policy?

Matthew at Razor Motors treated us well some time ago when we stripped some mounting threads. That was our fault. Had to send $40.00. It took about 2 weeks.

my letterbox: arrival of a new v2 courtesy of Razor USA. just a little over 2 weeks. good enough for me.

Matthew, if you can see this thread, thanks a bunch. your company is much appreciated for your fine customer support. Razor service is second to none.

and ne1 thinking of supporting Razor products, you needn't have ne hesitation.

Heyy I stripped my mounting holes too. That aluminum is very fragile. But I just screwed in the next larger sized screw. Didn't even tap it.
