hello gentlemen,

need yr advice.

i airmailed my rz heli back to razor over a fortnight ago and still haven't got it back from Matt yet. i had to return it for service due to manufacture fault = shaft fell out.

does ne1 know if razor will honor it's warranty policy?

obviously this section of rr is void of gentlemen(?) maybe too busy at the field?

anyway... just got a replacement v2 courtesy of Razor USA. just a little over 2 weeks. good enough for me.

Matthew, if you can see this thread, thanks a bunch. your company is much appreciated for your customer support. Razor service is second to none.

and ne1 thinking of supporting Razor products, you needn't have ne hesitation.
