Hello all .. I bought reflex months ago and I thought i ordered XTR properly but I just read here that I can check my order status on their website and I didnt see my order ,,,I dont know if ever did order it I hate that site...anyone know how to check it maybe its just im doing it wrong ...

Hi,

I'm not sure if you went into their English page but here is the link.

This is the link to their log in page where you can check your order history. After you log in, go to the top right menu and click on "My Account." Then on the bottom of the page, click on "Order History." You can click on "View Order" and that'll show "Order Status."

I received my XTR update on Saturday, but the order status still says "pending." I don't believe the order status really tells you anything.

P.S. Acutally all my orders (like 4.03 update) show order status pending.

Hi Martin,

On reflex site, I placed my update order on May 10th. But I called US distributor MRC on May 24th and put myself on the list. For US, MRC is taking care of all the updates so basically I dealt with them. The updates started shipping in last couple of days and people started getting them around last Wednesday.

Reflex's online order status doesn't seem to get updated, as all my orders (all the downloads and such) show "pending".

I ordered XTR 3 weeks ago and still nothing...... they won`t even reply my email but they did accept the money

I hope I get mine one of these days...

And I sincerely hope yours get there soon!

To alex:
i'm in Hong Kong, I think I can't call MRC coz i'm not in US.
and i have same problem to Rich just accept the momey but didn't send and reply all my mail. I don't know how can i do next.
