I've had to change out an OS no.8 for an Enya no.3 in my Irvine 36H, but since doing this, at half throttle the motor cuts, every time!
I've tried adjusting both needles, seems fine, smokey exhaust and good pick-up, but engine just does not seem happy... HELP?

I'm running it on model technics duraglow 5% with an Irvine pipe on my Shuttle, motor has never been a problem 'till now.

I will get another OS plug, but that may take a while and I like the challenge!

Any ideas welcome...

I used to run my Irvine 36 on Duraglo straight or 5% nitro with a Firepower F7 plug.By the way, I changed from Duraglo to Supaglo
about eight years ago because the Duraglo has only 15% oil.

I have a similar problem with a chopper that I have and it had me baffled. Turned out the Model technics fuel has no anti foaming additive in it so it was causing the fuel to foam at around half tank and the engine would die on trottle from going to lean. Is yours foaming? I would like to know as I am after selling some of this fuel now and I am concerned about their QC. They are sending me a bottle of the additive in the post for my 20 odd gallons.
