Rather than mounting the co-pilot to the boom of my Raptor 30 v2 with double sided tape and a tie wrap. Could I use a modified stabiliser fin bracket ?? Would this affect anything?

That's what I did on my Caliber.

Bought a second horizontal fin mount and cut a piece of lexan in the shape of the sensor and screwed it to the bracket. Looks great and works even better.
