I don't have any pictures for you but I have 3 helis all with header tanks, 2 Raptor 60's and a Predator with a YS 80.

Simplest way to look at it is this, if your running a YS type pressure system, the pressure line from the bottom of the engine goes to the top of your tank (this is where it will be pressurized) if a regular engine, this line comes from the muffler.

Now come out of your main tank that would normally go to the carb and go into the top of your header tank, now come out of your header tank from the clunk and feed that to the carb, I go from the clunk feed to a 3-way and put a small piece of tubing with a plug and I use this to fill/drain my tank, the other side of the 3-way goes to the carb with a small KSJ shut off pinch so when I'm filling it prevents fuel from entering the carb and flooding it.

I know others here in the forum have pictures in there gallery's if that helps.

Good Luck,

Clyde
