hi

sorry, me again!

i was just having a really good hover when suddenly, the heli did a piro. i landed it and examined it. I couldnt see anything wrong, however now whenever i spin up, the heli just spins uncontrollably (nose left). the gyro and wires are in tact and i cannot find a problem. i ensured that the tail motor wire was firmly pressed into the hboard, when i pushed it in a bit more, the tail reacted. but it still spins. what has gone wrong?

just checked it again, when given right rudder, the motor doesnt up its power, it stays weak. when given left throttle, it slows as it is meant to.

i checked my soldering, and it appears that one of the wires i can see some of the copper wiring, so ill re solder it, i hope that solves it.

another update:

before, the motor seemed to have like click points in it, so when hand pushd the prop, it kinda clicked to the next point. however now, it seems that the click points are gone and it is free spinning, it feels almost too loose if ya get what i mean.

i dont think it is anything to do with the soldering, although i can see some of the wire, it all seems to be in tact.

sorry found the problem! i post on here and it helps me solve it myself!

what had happened: basically when i insalled the prop onto the motor i had amde the whole too big, so i glued it on slightly. anyway, the glue had worn away, and the shaft of the motor was spinning free of the tail prop.

You could have squeezed that prop on in a vice... gently.. Have used adjustable grips on mine... hehe ... but be careful not to crush anything you are not supposed to such as capacitors etc
