Am new bee to this

My Irvine 36 Heli Engine broke clutch shoe on a heavey landing and piston is grabing in bore sometimes anyone got some info on fixing it and putting it back together properly

If your Irvine 36 is ABC, and I think they all are, the piston grabing in the bore is normal. The cylinder is actually tapered to a tight fit at the top of the bore and will expand to a normal fit under operating conditions. ABC stands for Aluminum piston, Brass cylinder, Chrome plated, and the brass cylinder has a greater expansion rate under heat than the aluminum piston.

The clutch shoe, however, is a different issue and once broken, must be replaced. You didn't state what heli you have, but most are one piece these days.

The government cannot give you anything without first taking it from someone else.
