When I was building my Hornet 2 tail hub, I noticed that one of the M2x8 screws didn't go in very far on one side (4 turns vs 7 turns on the other). Dennis at Deeteeenterprises was kind enough to send my a new one ASAP free of charge, but the new one was exactly the same. I talked to Joe at MSComposite, who said to take one of the black main blade bolts, and using an allen wrench, screw the bolt all the way down a bunch of times to get the glue out from when the hub was built at the factory. That trick worked very well. I am now able to get both screws in 7 turns with very good motion of my tail grips.
