its not an electric issue or anything, just the rotors seem jammed?! they go backwards ok, and will go forwards until a certain point when they just lock?! (this is when i am turning them, not rc) however when i try it rc, i still get the same thing ( i dont want to do it for too long because it will fry the board)

do you mean gear mesh? if so, its clean, it seems like it is something actually within the motor that is making it get stuck, that is just an educated guess though.

sounds like the motor mount screws may be reaching the windings in the motor you might check that, if so the screws are too long or screwed in too tight to were ther reaching the windings

When you adjust the mesh, are you doing it with the spur/support in the main gear lined up with the motor, or with one of the open gaps? The open gaps can flex inwards a bit. Check for broken/bent teeth on the main gear as well. Is your mainshaft bent?

ill check the shaft.

the g10 doesnt interfere with the motor. mesh etc is ok. nothing has changed since yesterday (except a bit of glue)

reason i think the screws are hiting the windings is because you said if you force it frees then hits the next winding and stops again

ye it gets stuck, (i then force it, quite hard) and then it spins all the way round to the same point and gets stuck again. The motor doesnt turn when given throttle.
