It varies. Especially for altitude. Here in Albuquerque at 5400ft. I Use 1950. When I go near sea level I bring it down to 1850. This is for extreme 3D. Some people will go as low as 1750 for more mild 3D. My choice is 1850 though.

I use 1850 for my rappy 50 with NHP mains, I've tried 1950 but found no benefit

I found 1750 to be a good headspeed for 3D with a gv-1, but without it I try to keep it above 1800.
