Hello guys.
i would love to get pics of your Duralite Rx pack regulator's installation, i installed mine on a piece of gyro tape and it keeps falling off in 3D.

Use better tape and clean the surfaces before you stick it.

im using the QuickUK gyro tape, which is of very high quality, and both surfaces are clean - thats not it.
its just that a little strip of tape wont hold the regulator through 3D mania !

Any reasons for not putting them above the reciever/battery wrap?
Just with a rubberband holding them.

I have a QuickUK Rx box in my X-spec (it sits right where the regulator is in the picture), any good ideas how to attach to that ?
thanks.

I would use the servo hole above the switch to put the regulator. Just use some cable tie (zip ties) to secure it the the frame. Also use a piece of double sided foam tape for insulation between the regulator and frame, just on the ends where it will touch the frame.

Take Care,
Cheers, Patrick

I strapped mine down on the front servo tray with two zip ties with foam under it.

I wouldn't wrap it in anything that would effect heat dissipation.

Dude, you reverting back to being a beginner again???

Just stick it in there....

and dont put it real close to the receiver or antenna as all regs will put out some interference.

Hey Hitch-Hiker,
beginner again ? Hehehe... im just trying to find an original idea in order to do this nicely, the X-spec is not very roomy upfront.
