Hi,

Just bought my Evo 50 and notice the cheap philip screws it use everywhere. I used to fly the JR Ergo, which has nice machined hex screws.

Anyone try to replace these with hex screws? What size?

Any compatible parts between the Ergo and Evo 50?

Thanks.

David

The stock screws on the EVO look like Phillips head, but they're not. They're JIS. Building with a Phillips screwdrive will have you hating those screws for sure.

Try a set of JIS drivers from Heliproz and you'll be amazed at the difference. The stock screws work really well when you have drivers that actually fit properly.
