To Zoom or not to Zoom that is the question. Also what are some upgrades that are necessary for the zoom? I heard the foam blades are junk is this true and what other ones are out there for it? Oh and who has it in stock now

Not trying to tell you what to do. I'd definitely wouldn't get anything smaller than the Zoom if you had your heart set on an electric micro.

I agree stay away from micros,,,they are a big waste.......If you just would like to have something to fly in your house..Get a cheap aerohawk kit that comes ready to fly...I have one and it flies pretty good for being inside...I had a hornet and dumped a bunch of money into it and still was not very impressed with it....imo

done correctly Micros rock! The Hornet 2 can do 99% of what a nice 90 can do. Autos are a bit weak though

MHF, I have one upgrade on my Hornet 2 and it does it all.

Most of the bling you can buy for these little guys is useless anyway

I think I have about 500 or 600 into my Hornet 2,

2K on a micro

It better be the WC3 of micros for that price.

also another thing, any upgrades purchased from helihobby actually make the thing fly worse

If I had to buy one today

I believe it would´ve been a Zoom with brushless.

'Hm now I just have to find out where to connect the GV1 sensor to the Jazz80 ESC.

My stock Zoom flies very nice. Unless I burn up the motor it will stay stock. IMO brushless is a little overkill.

FYI.... It flies very nicely inverted with the stock motor and a 401.....

Much better than the Hummer CP too.
