What are your thoughts on this. Do any of u guys have it. Seems like a nice thing to have and it would also give me less frustration when the cord is always getting in your way or the cord coming out of the socket.

btw does anyone know where to buy one besides towerhobbies?

.
I've got one. It's OK for .40-size engines. I'm going out this weekend and getting 2 6-cell car packs for a Hobbico HD starter. Will be self-contained and a lot more punch.

.

Flying helis since gyros had springs.

i'm using one and like it also. don't have to worry about cords. it came in handy a few weeks ago when my motor shut off just when another flyer was walking it out. luckily, i had the starter and the glow plug lighter with me. didn't have to carry the heli all the way back to start it again. just did it right there.
