Help you guys, im at my wits end. I have a vibration when i run up my Heli. It comes in when im up on head speed. My Horizontal fin vibrates and my exhaust deflector. I have an O.S. 50, runniing Magnum 30%. It has the upgraded auto hub with delron gears and 3rd bearing block. I put in new motor, new clutch shaft andshoes, new main shaft, new spindle shaft, new dampners, new fan, new tail shaft and hub, new tail blades. I have checked alll bearings and there all good. Motor is broke in and tuned. Tracking is perfect. Now what?

There are two things I think you need to check:

Flybar might be uneven.

You might have over twisted the belt.

Hope this will solve the vibration.

Have you checked these?
Motor could have excessive runout in the crank(even a new one),
Fan assembly may have some runout,
Balance the head as an assembly, also the tail hub.

Any other ideas?

I tried all the suggested ideas and it still vibrates. Would be happy to hear any other input
