Any upgrades for the tail rotor gears? Where? My gears are stripped and Hobby People is out of them.

Boil em.

Make sure that you have a good mesh first. You can also boil the for a couple of minutes on the stove to soften them up just a fuzz.

Boiling

Just softens them up a bit so they are not so brittle. We've done it to R/C car spur gears for years. Works great and its free.
