I orderd the QuickUK antenna after the last cut in my standard antenna, every time I did a auto the antenna was cut, and once I crashed because of it so I will be happy when I get my new antenna!

I like the Revolution antennas also, you can drill a hole in the thick base so you can mount with a 3mm SHCS like everything else on the heli.

I have had one go bad just this year, but it didn't cause a crash and I have been using base loaded antennas since 1994 on helis and this was my first failure, it just started to go into temporary lockup and I found the problem right away. I am sure in all of these years if I was using full length antennas I would have had some sort of problem with them also. I just don't like the looks of the full length hangin out there!!

"Revoulution" all the way.

base loaded ant.

I've run Deans whips for 18 years with out any problems. I've never had a loss of control I could blame on the ant. and I some times fly quite far away!

I have run deans on 3 of the Helis I have owned with NO problems. I recently bought a revolution because the whip is a slight bigger diameter than the deans and I was able to slide the whip into the clips on the landing struts. It makes for a much cleaner and more stable mount than having the whip, "whipping" in the wind.

I think either one are good buys.
