Does anyone live close to this airport, who will be going to the 3D Masters in July? I have a friend flying into that airport Thursday June 3rd with my fuel next week and I need someone to pick it up and hold it for me till we get there in July. Thank You. Alan Jr.

I am suprised someone hasn't jumped on this for little more than bragging rights. I am sure you will find someone to watch over your fuel. Although it might be light a gallon or two by the time you get there.

Build it, fly it, crash it. Repeat as often as needed.

2D masters fuel

Alan
When are you coming over ?. I live about 10 miles from Farnborough and could pick up the fuel and hold it for you. Where will you arrive in the UK ?
I can't go to the 3D masters as I am leaving for a holiday with my family on the 24th. I do have a friend, Jeremy Morcom who normally competes, He might be able to help out with tramsport to the event.
How much fuel are we talking about ?
I assume you would arriving during the week prior to the event.
Regards
Graeme

Why fly the rest when you can fly the best. What are the best these days anyway ?

I'd say it's streching it a bit to call it an airport, though I recognise that TAG do.

I use it it quite a lot but that's for the BAE SYSTEMS shuttle which is a corporate aicraft that flies between company sites.

I've seen the odd biz jet operating from there, but I'd been interested to know what else uses Farnborough - any commercial flights or is it just corporate and charter?

Cheers,

Nigel
