would hate being my person next door 250cc shifter cart at 6:30 am 120 mph +
LOL

That would be ok as long as you don't mind a alcohol car starting in your drive way at the same time to run you down.

Yep speed is one of my addictions as well.

I sold the alcy car, but I will see if I can find some pics.

We had 1969 mustang fast back with a 482 SCJ
C6 automatic
Rons Racing fuel injection
Art Car trans brake
Munsinger converter 4500 stall

The car would run slow 10 sec Quarter mile times.

Now for my speed fix I have a ZX12R Ninja in brite red (boy the cops hat that bike)

Well, I think they should ban all of them things.

The kids are turning into fat asses! They don't even have to freaking walk anymore! They have motorized crap to wisk them to their friends house.

Amazing, once and awhile I see a kid walking or running with a friend on a bike...the kid on the bike is a fat lazy bastard while the kid running is a slim little guy...

You can buy a seat for the go ped, there, your compliant, they even come from the factory.

Shifter carts do go 120 +, The power to weight ratio will blow you away, just look up shifter carts and you will see plenty. They kick ass. They also tend to upset very easily if you don't know how to drive one. you can spin them out very easily with either foot (too much brake or too muck gas) kinda like a Porsche 911.

I'm a speed freak at times too, I got into heli's because they are cheaper. Ice Racing rx-7's was a lot of fun but took a lot of work to keep up with it. We have the advantage up here in Canada of not giving a rats @$$ about the environment. No B$ emmissions controls required.

Hey HONDO

Hey dude,
Hey I was flipping through the channels and the city government one caught my eye. They were discussing this issue and letting people make statements. More times that I can count the city answered the questions with "we understand that people will be hurt as with all forms of transportation but we as a city cannot afford a large liability suit and the easy thing to do was the obvious ban". He went on to say that in talking to local law enforcement it was only a small part of the riders that ruined it for everyone. He cited examples of people riding them down the middle of the street in darkness and in traffic with no reguard to personal safety. It went even furthor that it is wasting man power and resources for law enforcement which is already on a tight budget. Oh so with all that said. What a crock of crap, if someone is stupid and gets killed and is at fault, oh well. I do know it is not that easy now days with the sue everyone from the parents to the city to the manufacture and see who pays up. I still don't see how these scooters are any different than a bicycle operated in the same manner.
