Hi, A stupid Question I know, Can someone tell me What type of glue is GOOP.
We don't have that brand here, Is it a 5min epoxy or longer curing, like two part mix Araldite.
Thanks

Balch,

PFM, Goop, E-6000 and shoe goo are great glues for use on canopies of the lexan variety. The stuff gets harder than silicone but still remains flexible enough not to crack.

In the old days when a lot of canopies were lexan in two pieces we used Goop to glue the two halves together and this worked much better than CA or epoxy/araldite. The stuff smells a little like acrylic, is usually clear and cures in 24 hours.

Downunder try finding a glue that you would use to bond the sole back onto a tennis shoe or jogging shoe after it has split. This would be about the same stuff.

I would use Shoe Goo, they sell it at shoe stores or shoe repair shops. It's basically the same stuff as Goop. I've seen Goop here, just don't recall where I saw it? I think I saw it a Coles?

Take Care,

If your going to order a YS91 from Rick's, have a look at this link. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dl...item=3191349419 This guy sells them brand new for $259.00 plus $17.00 for shipping. I bought a Futaba GY601 gyro w/9251 servo off him before for $277.00. He is a great seller and ships items out fast. He also has a ebay shop and sells everything for cheap. Here's a link to look at his shop. http://stores.ebay.com/id=77320650&ssPageName=L2
