Just had to share these photos (before someone else does !).

So ive had been "spanking" my evo 50 pretty hard for the last couple of months (as many on here can vouch for) and rather surprisingly it was still a virgin, crash wise....

Today someone talked me into trying some novelty (its a lot harder than it looks !) so i bolted a long piece of rod under the undercarriage to pick up the cones.

All goes well but at the end, i decide to do a low pass over the long hedge line, something which ive done times before (apocalypse now style) but this time i decided to turn fairly hard while over the hedge.

The result was the rod got caught in the hedge and the model met mother earth at a rate of knots.

The morel of the story - Don’t take on hedges, they always win !

Oh, didn't i say there's a couple of 20 pound notes wrapped around it for insulation

Still not sure where that went, it was a huge 3000 mha sanyo racing pack that i made up and weighed a ton....
I still can't get over the fact the canopy came though with only a little crack !!
