After a minor rebuild I noticed that my Freya std. (with OS91 C-spec & MP2) is rather nose heavy. The CG is measured by holding the heli vertical in one bladegrip with ½ tank of fuel.

I've bought a lighter battery pack but that doesn't solve the problem.

It would be perfect if the battery pack could be placed right below the engine, but that's about the last place I can think of because of the heat and since it can be rather messy with oil and stuff.

Any good ideas ?

I've shaved as much as I can from the canopy - it helped a little bit, but not enough

what size battery pack? I'm running a 2800 duralite pack and the cg is perfect. One thing you could do is turn your skids around or push the skids back in the struts. Hope this helps.

Don't pick it up by ONE blade grip.

The CG is measured by holding the heli vertical in one bladegrip
Use two fingers, one on each side, of the FLYBAR, in close to the head and lift it up. The back of the skids should come up about a HALF inch (10mm) before the front. It doesn't matter which way the head is facing as the heli will TEATER below the flybar.
