Pretty cool but I was hoping it would be a totally different landing gear system like normal struts.

jeremy was saying they are made out of a different material, a less bittle plastic, for the originals seemed to be made out of recycled stir sticks, allowing my heli to crumple on more then one occasion landing.

Agree, the landing gear could, no should be improved........ but cooking your struts before installing will make them more flexible... Min. 10 minutes in boiling water will do the job.

Cheers, wink

these new "super struts supports " are made of nylon in USA and are not at all brittle like the stock parts . ..these parts are almost indistructable!!!..2 of these parts replaces the 4 stock 5095's....more super landing gear parts are in the process of being made now so you guys won't have to deal with the stock brittle plastic landing gear parts any more...

take a look at them

Im guessing its a nylon composite often found on rc cars which are extremely durable.

mine are on the way shortly too,

im an airplane guy learning heli, so i have a tendency to really pull back on teh throttle when im in trouble, so im as good of tester as any i think

id also like to say thanks to jeremy and rchover.com , he helped me pick a motor, and has been all around very accomodating.
