any one have suggestions on which blades to run on a 4 blade head?
rigid head design

scale would be about 600 or 620mm

will a Raven 50 with 14 pinion pull 4 600mm blades in a scale like fashion?

nothing but flying around. NO loops. rolls anything stupid

Would a blade with some flex like glass be better or would you go with carbon?

Thanks,
Bradley

if it is a rigid head like the hirobo, i'd use fiberglass blades. they flex a bit more than the carbons and would provide better dampening. The raven with the 14 tooth pinion shouldnt have any trouble turning 600mm's. i turn 4 570mm blades with my hawk sport running that gear with a 50 with a fuselage with great results.
