mr-amgoo,

I know you said you are interested in the 30, but take a look at the Falcon SE V2. The ONLY difference is the engine size, mount, and tail boom/blade length, and they fly a LOT better than the 30 size. It's also available new from Century now.

The government cannot give you anything without first taking it from someone else.

I had a hawk SE a while back (they have not made them for some time I think.) basically hawk mechanics with all century bearing kit and bearings in place of all bushings on everything was the only difference I remember. I had a head buton, TT, anti-rotation bracket and header tank. flew great. if your looking into something like that try the raven 30 or better yet the falcon as steve said (that be a beast with a 50 in it and light)

well the news is, that Century is going to replace the Hawk SEv2 with a Falcon SE 30,,,,,,,,,, "but when Century ??"

if you need the SE 30 now,,,
and if you already have a 50 heli that you fly now, I suggest that you buy a Falcon SEv2, buy the shorter tail boom and t-tube, shorter blades, 30 motor mount and the 13 tooth drive pinion gear, it may cost you more this way, but you will have the 600 blades that come with the Falcon to use on the 50 your already flying now,,,

or,,, call Century and ask when the new Falcon SE 30 will be out,,, "or ask Centruy to put together a SE 30 kit for you",,,

yeup,,, Century is well over-do for a SE 30 !!

ROWESTEEL,,, the SE's come with about $250 in upgrades, that includes $80 main blades,,,

mr-amgoo,,, the Hawk and Falcon and the Ravens use the same main frame,,, the lower frame and the (front) servo frame on the Hawk Sport are plastic, and they are aluminum on the Ravens and Falcon,,,

you do need the aluminum lower frame for scale use !!, if you use the aluminum lower frames I'm pretty sure you need to use the (front) aluminum servo frames,,,

you may be better-off with buying the Falcon, because it comes with the 46/50 motor mount, and with a 46 your scaler will fly much better than with a 32,,, or you could use a 39 size motor,,,

the SE is a good idea for scale, it sure will fly nice and smooth,,, these frames will fit most of Funkey's fuselages,,,

but,,, keep in mind these frames fit quite tight in the Funky H 500E fuselage,,, and the Raven WONT fit many of their fuselages !!

ask away !!
